Business Litigation Associate – Dallas
Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting an associate to join our Business Litigation practice in Dallas. This position offers the opportunity to practice in all phases of general commercial, civil and business litigation matters with a national and international client base. We are seeking candidates with a solid background and prior experience in complex commercial litigation such as breach of contracts and business torts, consumer or shareholder class actions, trade secrets, antitrust litigation, corporate governance disputes, construction litigation, product liability litigation, and/or multi‑district or multi‑forum litigation.
Successful candidates will have three to six years of law‑firm experience in a litigation‑based practice with particular emphasis on litigation procedure, including the discovery process and e‑discovery. Deposition, hearing and oral argument experience is a plus. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization skills, attention to detail, writing and analytical skills are required, as is active membership in the Texas bar.
