Responsibilities
The Fresh Sourcing Team is responsible for developing partnerships with ADUSA Brands, Supply Partners, and Support Teams to continuously improve ways of working to create efficient and sustainable practices to best leverage our size and scale. Our focus is the negotiate cost out of the collective ADUSA business to reinvest in fueling our future growth and allowing for our Great Local Brands to focus their efforts on areas to differentiate them in the markets and communities they serve. The Co?op will be responsible for and/or experience the following during their session: Develop tools and reporting resources to improve efficiency in data sharing and presentation. Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to illustrate customer savings and sourcing results. Provide regular reporting on project progress, timelines, and key outcomes. Support sourcing teams in improving processes, communication, and execution of sourcing events. Collaborate with cross?functional partners to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
Requirements
Working toward a degree in Business Administration, Finance or Management. Data analysis knowledge/experience. Strong analytical and problem?solving skills. Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools. Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Detail?oriented with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Presentation skills. Understanding of project management.
