Senior Software Engineering Team Lead

What You'll Do:
Guide a diverse team of developers in executing a range of technology projects, utilizing your expertise in distributed microservices and full-stack systems to address regulatory requirements.
Showcase your enthusiasm for technology by staying current on trends, experimenting with new tools, and sharing your knowledge through mentorship.
Partner with digital product managers to deliver powerful cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans in their financial journeys.
Utilize a variety of programming languages including JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, as well as tools based on Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, and leverage Container Orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, along with AWS offerings.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in software engineering (Note: Internship experience does not count)
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud)
Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree
7+ years of experience with core technologies including Java, Lambda, Spring Boot, React, or Golang
3+ years of experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure
4+ years in utilizing open source frameworks
1+ years of experience in team leadership or people management
2+ years of experience applying Agile methodologies

Specific ranges include: Anytown, IL: $175,800 - $200,700; McLean, VA: $193,400 - $220,700; Richmond, VA: $175,800 - $200,700. This position is also eligible for performance-based incentives, including cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
