Project Delivery & Onboarding Lead and execute professional services projects, including: Server replacements and infrastructure upgrades Microsoft 365 migrations and cloud transitions Network deployments (firewalls, switches, wireless) Backup and disaster recovery implementations Cybersecurity tool rollouts (EDR, MFA, compliance tools) End-to-end onboarding of new and existing Executech clients, including environment discovery, documentation, and tool deployment Collaborate with team to scope, design, and schedule projects and onboarding timelines Own the technical implementation or proactive work, including but not limited to projects: planning, deployment, testing, documentation, handoff, and post-project support Client Interaction Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned projects and onboarding engagements Provide end-user training or documentation as needed to support solution adoption Team Collaboration Collaborate with Director of Professional Services, CSMs, vCIOs, and Technical Alignment Managers to ensure alignment across service delivery teams Assess client networks and suggest enhancements to Partner Success Managers (PSMs) or Executech Sales staff that are in our client's best interest and are in accordance with Executech standard products for Managed Services clients. Escalate project-related risks, blockers, or changes in scope in a timely manner Contribute to internal documentation, onboarding processes, and project standards development Technical Standards & Tools Maintain working knowledge of Executech's preferred tool stack, including: Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint Sophos and SonicWall firewalls Hyper-V, VMware, Windows Server Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR) Sophos, Huntress, and other comparable security solutions Ensure all project and onboarding work adheres to Executech's technical, security, and documentation standards Qualifications

3+ years of experience in project-based IT roles, preferably within an MSP or consulting environment Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization Experience in SharePoint administration and design Experience with firewall configuration, email migrations, and endpoint security deployments ConnectWise: Manage/PSA, Ninja RMM and Auvik experience a plus Extremely proficient with network troubleshooting and topologies Extensive experience with various hardware for networks (Wi-Fi, Servers, and Networking) Experience onboarding clients into MSP environments is highly preferred Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple active projects while maintaining quality and responsiveness Professional demeanor and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional onsite work Preferred Certifications (Not Required but a Plus)

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / M365 Enterprise Admin CompTIA Network+ / Security+ Sophos ISO, Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNA Project+ or other project management certifications What We Offer
