Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney | Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
A leading AmLaw 50 firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate with 5–7 years of experience to join its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of sophisticated real estate transactions for institutional investors, developers, and lenders across multiple asset classes.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including lending, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and development matters.
Advise on zoning, land use, and regulatory issues impacting property development and financing.
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and joint venture agreements.
Collaborate with partners and clients to structure and close complex real estate deals.
Manage multiple active matters under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and precision.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in commercial real estate law, ideally including lending, leasing, or development work.
Experience with real estate finance and/or real estate development strongly preferred.
Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Admission to the Texas Bar (required).
