Responsibilities: • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours Qualifications: • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
