Barbaricum is currently seeking a Cloud Architect to join our dynamic team in support of the Program Executive Office Soldier. Responsible for engineering, building, testing, and deployment of cloud service offerings for new and existing cloud architectures. Develops architecture products including technical architecture, business architecture, strategic planning, and business process design. Participates in high-level enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development.
Applies high-level business and technical principles and methods to difficult technical problems to arrive at creative engineering solutions. Adept at migrating systems to a cloud architecture from disparate platforms and utilizing a wide range of tools to implement/re-implement systems in a cloud architecture.
Responsibilities :
Provides cloud architectural expertise to management and technical staff.
Develops cloud architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines.
Develops cloud system strategy and infrastructure design to support the strategy.
Advises on selection of cloud technological purchases with regards to processing, data storage, data access, and application requirements.
Qualifications :
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's degree.
At least 10 years of relevant experience.
