**Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen with Active Secret Clearance** Baer is looking for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Consultant with Dassian Expertise for a Perm Hire with Federal Client located in St. Louis, MO. Title: SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Consultant with Dassian Expertise Location: Onsite - St. Louis, MO Duration: Perm Hire Rate: Salary Description: * Support implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP SD solutions * Develop test strategies and manage large, complex testing efforts * Lead and mentor team members, providing training and guidance * Facilitate design review meetings; prepare and distribute meeting minutes * Provide configuration guidance and assist in developing training materials and data conversion plans * Support unit, integration, and UAT testing; document successful test results * Participate in production cutover activities and provide supporting documentation * Support post-go-live hypercare, defect resolution, and documentation maintenance Requirements: * 7+ years of SAP Sales & Distribution experience * 7+ years of SAP ECC or S/4HANA Order Management experience * Strong understanding of SD configuration, master data, and reporting * Expertise in pricing (Condition Tables, Condition Types, Access Sequences, Pricing Procedures, Chargebacks, Rebates) * Knowledge of ATP (Available to Promise), Backorder Processing, Production Allocation, and Order Scheduling * Proven team leadership experience * Proficiency in Dassian contract management and multi-project billing * Experience in Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO environments * Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning * Relevant SAP certifications * U.S. Citizens only (no dual citizenship) * Active Secret Security Clearance (minimum) * Natural-born U.S. citizenship * Local to St. Louis, MO (preferred) or Philadelphia, PA, or willing to travel weekly to St. Louis * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Company Overview: Baer provides best-in-class engagement experiences for our consultants.
