Influence the strategic and tactical direction of next-generation subsea technologies. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership in planning and delivering on program objectives. Collaborate with engineering disciplines to create comprehensive build packages for new and existing products. Drive effective process improvements that align with customer requirements and mission goals. Ensure that manufacturing design principles are applied throughout the system development process. Manage production schedules and provide insights on staffing or system requirements. Prioritize tasks and balance support for a team of Engineering Technologists across multiple programs. Partner with Facility Management to enhance manufacturing areas and resources. Engage in hands-on assembly, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of sub-assemblies through complete systems, utilizing diverse tools from basic screwdrivers to advanced 3D scanners and printers. What You Bring: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or operations discipline. 5+ years of experience in a technical or hands-on role. Professional experience in planning and executing task schedules. U.S. Citizenship with eligibility to obtain a SECRET security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the design, development, or integration of complex subsea systems. Familiarity with underwater vehicles (UUVs), deployed subsea systems, and underwater payload technologies. Track record of successful product manufacturing and transitioning designs into production. Knowledge of

ISO 9001:2015

and quality-centric manufacturing processes. Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) program execution. Previous collaboration with Navy personnel or other U.S. Military branches. Pay Range: $57,850.00 - $104,575.00 The compensation for this position is a guideline and considers factors like responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
