Advanced Test Engineer - RF & GPS/Navigation Systems Fort Wayne, IN Contract Position Pay Estimated: $0.00/Hour This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors, (geographical location, etc.) Develop and execute test programs, procedures, and diagnostic tools to validate performance across engineering phases * Design and build test fixtures, test setups, and simulation environments for functional and environmental testing * Apply test engineering principles to support hardware, software, and system-level verification * Document test results, verification reports, and defect isolation using industry-standard tools * Conduct performance, environmental, and operational testing on integrated systems * Support Agile (SAFe) teams through the development lifecycle, including verification traceability * Analyze technical data, product requirements, and specifications to determine test feasibility * Citizenship is required by Federal Law * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field * Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience * 5+ years of test engineering experience (or 3+ with a Master's) * Proficient in object-oriented programming, system processes, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB, C++) * Hands-on experience in RF and GPS/Navigation system testing * Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies * Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, test documentation, and issue tracking * Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance at time of hire * On-site work may be required during test and integration phases Preferred Qualifications: * In-depth understanding of test engineering principles specific to RF, GPS, and navigation systems * Strong skills in issue reporting, root cause analysis, and presenting corrective actions * Creative problem solver who thrives in collaborative and fast-paced environments * Proactive in promoting test process improvements and participating in cross-functional discussions Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.
