About the Role: We’re seeking a versatile Full Stack Engineer who can build complete, end-to-end solutions across both client-side and server-side applications. You’ll design and implement responsive UIs, build robust APIs, manage and optimize databases, and ensure seamless performance across platforms. Develop and maintain responsive, secure, and high-performance web applications. • Implement front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and tools. • Build and optimize server-side logic, APIs, and database interactions. • Manage relational database design, migrations, and performance tuning. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and DevOps practices. • Collaborate across teams to ensure software is mission-ready for both cloud and edge deployments. • Apply secure coding practices across unclassified and classified environments. Front-End: • Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, React / Next.js • State management (React Context, Zustand, Redux, etc.) • Node.js, Python (with mypy) • Logging & monitoring (Sentry) • Unit & integration testing (Vitest) Database Management: • Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) • Data modeling, schema migrations, advanced SQL concepts (window functions, CTEs, materialized views, stored procedures, triggers) • Performance optimization (indexing, EXPLAIN ANALYZE) • ETL/data pipelines; experience with Kafka, RedPanda, or other streaming platforms a plus DevOps: • CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab Pipelines) • Semantic versioning, deployment strategies, feature flags • AWS or other cloud providers Preferred Experience: • Familiarity with GraphQL, Kubernetes, or advanced streaming platforms • Equity participation • 401(k) retirement plan • Paid holidays • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • Short- and long-term disability coverage
