Accounts Payable Specialist
to join our finance team! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate, timely payments to vendors and maintaining the integrity of our financial processes. What You’ll Do
Accurately enter and upload invoices into the accounting system, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
Prepare and process vendor payments in compliance with company policies.
Serve as the main point of contact for vendors to resolve payment issues and clarify invoice details.
Reconcile vendor statements, bank accounts, and credit card transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in the accounts payable process.
Process and audit employee expense reports.
Assist with year-end tax reporting, including 1099 filings.

Education & Experience
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping.
