Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Escrow Officer located in Prescott, AZ. The Escrow Officer will be responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by managing escrow accounts, ensuring all documents comply with industry regulations, coordinating with buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders, and disbursing funds upon closing. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, prompt communication, and adherence to timelines to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge in managing escrow accounts and handling escrow documents
Proficient in coordinating with multiple stakeholders including buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders
Adept at ensuring compliance with industry regulations
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines
Experience with real estate software and systems is beneficial
Minimum of 2 years of experience in escrow and/or title services
High School diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
