The Opportunity: Sales / Project Developer Sales/Project Developer is a client‑facing role blending consultative sales, design sensibility, construction knowledge, client management, and strategic planning. The role guides prospective clients from initial contact to a signed contract.

You'd Be:

First point of contact:

for new leads, representing Chads with professionalism & warmth

Heartbeat of communication & client experience:

throughout the Design & Development process

Detective & guardian of the “why”:

illuminating the needs, visions, & high expectations of our clients

Translator & Coordinator:

working closely with our Design & Production Teams to build thorough scope

Presenter:

leading client meetings with our process in mind, always providing clear next steps

Manager:

of client expectations, your team’s process, budget awareness, & project development schedule

Generator:

of client enthusiasm; nurturing relationships, opportunities, & maintaining momentum

Analyzer:

using CRM tools to track leads, follow‑ups, qualifying conversion metrics, planning ahead

You'd Bring:

At least 3–5 years of experience in sales & client management, ideally in residential remodel construction

Strong & adaptive communication & presentation skills, ability to simplify complex information

A consultative, relationship‑driven sales approach

A dependable blend of alacrity, adaptability, & team‑oriented flexibility

Tech‑familiar – experience with CRMs, construction software (Jobtread a plus), Microsoft Office, Google suite

A passion for design, construction, prior planning, and creating exceptional client experiences
