Position Summary We are searching for a technically-minded professional with administrative and supervisory capabilities to join the Service Team. This position reports directly to the Eastern Region Field Service Manager. The person in this role will assume the functions listed below and other responsibilities as the company and position evolve.
Position Responsibilities
Supervisory Role
Build relationships with all technicians and internal customers
Lead new technician hiring
Perform annual reviews and performance coaching
Manage the regional service budget
Review technician expenses and PTO
Daily work scheduling and reporting
Dispatch and schedule technician work for open tickets
Review and input closed ticket information
Manage parts and inventory
Assist technicians with parts identification and sourcing: request estimates and invoices
Organize quarterly field inventory
Provide technical support
Customer interface and ensure internal customer needs (Sales, Rental, Demo, Engineering) are prioritized and met
Work with the quality team on new and used truck standards
Engage with engineering and regulations teams on recalls, campaigns, and software to ensure truck compliance
Participate in both technical and non‑technical service leadership meetings
Position Qualifications
Technical knowledge of automotive, heavy equipment, or electric vehicles
Supervisory experience
Ability to handle many functions simultaneously and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and schedules
Ability to set and prioritize goals and achieve them on schedule
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
