Job Summary

This Senior Attorney position is in Palm Beach, FL and will represent the Department of Revenue Child Support Program in Circuit Court and Division of Administrative Hearings proceedings to establish paternity as needed and establish, modify, and enforce child support obligations in Palm Beach County.

Minimum Requirements

Member of the Florida Bar. Minimum of two (2) years as an attorney.

Preferences

Preference may be given to those with experience in Child Support and Family Law. Preference may be given to those with bilingual speaking skills (English and Spanish).

Special Notes

The chosen incumbent will be expected to work at the West Palm Beach office. This ad may be used to fill multiple positions.

Salary

$60,015.12 - $88,736.40
