How you will make history here… The Senior Finance Analyst provides financial support to the Corporate SG&A function by managing and tracking all aspects of Selling, General & Administrative (SG&A) expenses. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including senior functional leaders, to support both corporate and enterprise-wide initiatives. The analyst will provide leadership and analytical support for the Annual Operating Plan as well as monthly close activities. Reporting to the Corporate FP&A Manager, the Sr Finance Analyst will work with the SG&A team to align SG&A strategy with business objectives and drive continuous process improvements.

What you will do… 1) Annual Operating Plans

Aid in the communication of Annual Operating Plans timelines and materials

Facilitate annual training sessions and office hours supporting AOP submissions

Partner with Senior leaders of various Corporate Functions in the creation of annual budgets

Maintain/enhance excel reporting for detailed line-item submissions for each Function

Perform ad hoc analysis as required to support team processes and assess gaps to targets

Review cost center budget uploads for completeness and accuracy

2) Monthly Activities

Provide reporting updates and insights to leadership within Finance, HR, Supply Chain, R&D, etc., tracking actual results vs projections and AOP

Support the input of SG&A projection into financial reporting system

Continual look to advance reporting and streamline cross-functionally analytics

Approval processes for contingent worker requests

Manage the tracking of the Corporate Jet usage

3) Enterprise Investment Analysis & Support

Assist the various Business Units with SG&A variance analysis to support Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Board materials

Support annual category reviews and benchmarking to drive insights for the Corporate Center of Excellence team

Support various Enterprise initiatives as needed

4) Ad-hoc Requests / Reporting

Partner with the SG&A Team to prepare divisional and consolidated SG&A driver bridges for actuals vs PY and AOP

Prepare excel model to summarize current year outlook and drivers of spending

Perform analysis as to support Business Units needs concerning SG&A spending trends

Provide analytical support for Director Corporate FP&A and VP Corporate FP&A as needed

Support maintenance of Cost Center hierarchies and best practice

Coordinate the updating of Cost Center owner validation to confirm proper access

Support education and training on tools, Chart of Accounts, procurement policies and the SG&A definition book

What you will bring to the table… (Must Have)

Self-starter - able to work on tasks with little intervention and completing priorities to optimize results

Ability to multi-task and handle intense work spikes, especially during the Annual Operating process cycles

Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional environment with Senior Leaders

Ability to adapt to change, execute, and drive results through continuous improvement, and interact effectively with stakeholders across varying levels and functions within the organization

Demonstrates initiative in problem solving

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (accounting/finance preferred) with 2+ years related experience

Preferred FP&A experience, within budgeting and forecasting

Excellent Excel and systems experience

Experience with SAP, EPM, and Power BI a plus

Action oriented with excellent analytical problem-solving skills

High energy and motivated; independent thinker and thought leader a MUST

Ability to translate job requests and needs into appropriate actions and responses

Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$66,600-$95,800 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
