Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in the Denver Metropolitan Area for a Mitigation Technician. The Mitigation Technician will handle day‑to‑day tasks such as responding to emergency calls, assessing damage, performing water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes, cleaning and deodorizing affected areas, and conducting mold remediation activities. The technician will also assist in demolition and reconstruction efforts to restore properties to their pre‑loss condition and ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
Experience in water damage restoration, including advanced drying and moisture detection
Skills in fire and smoke damage cleanup, odor removal, and safe reconstruction
Proficiency in mold remediation, containment, removal, and prevention
Ability to perform professional‑grade sanitization for odor removal and carpet cleaning
Knowledge in full‑scale reconstruction, including demolition and rebuilding
Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
IICRC certification or willingness to obtain it
