Our client, a leading organization in the technology and marketing sector, is seeking a Administrative Assistant 4 to join their team. As a Administrative Assistant 4, you will be part of the Consumer Growth Engine & Integrated Marketing team supporting senior leaders and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management and meeting coordination
Manage complex schedules, anticipate conflicts, and ensure efficient time management
Coordinate logistics for team meetings, town halls, offsites, and morale events
Handle expense management and ensure compliance with internal financial policies
Partner with internal stakeholders to align on business priorities and maintain confidentiality
What's Needed?
5+ years of experience supporting executive-level management in administrative roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Experience with expense management tools such as MyExpense or MyOrder
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond with urgency.
The sponsor emphasized that communication is the top required skill for the role, specifically highlighting the need for quick, clear, and concise responses. The sponsor noted that due to the fast-paced nature of the team, there is little room for delayed responses.
