What You Will Be Doing
Disassemble and sanitise equipment per RSC guidelines to maintain FDA standards in the plant.
Request, receive, deliver, secure, and maintain products and materials required to do the job.
Operate and maintain machinery, equipment, and tools safely and proficiently according to guidelines and standards.
Read and understand sanitation specifications established by RSC and follow them with supervision.
Perform other clean‑up activities assigned by the supervisor.
Reassemble plant machinery to prepare for each day’s production.
Ensure the plant floor is 5S compliant before each production day.
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and compliance with food safety standards.
Complete FSQA training and programs to comply with regulatory requirements and support food safety and quality objectives.
Report potential food safety hazards, process deviations, or non‑conformities promptly to the designated plant supervisor.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the company’s Food Safety Culture through engagement and appropriate actions.
Basic Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
Excellent communication skills in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
Experience in an industrial cleaning environment.
Ability to routinely stand, stoop, bend, and lift overhead.
Ability to stand on hard surfaces.
Preferred Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing facility.
A passion for cleaning.
