What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for indirect categories, leveraging spend analysis to identify opportunities
Manage end-to-end competitive sourcing events, including RFx and auctions, and lead negotiations to achieve savings
Utilize the Coupa Contract Management module to draft and manage agreements, ensuring compliance with contracted terms
Collaborate with the Supplier Lifecycle team for seamless onboarding and risk-vetting of new suppliers
Act as the primary procurement contact for internal business units, educating them on the sourcing process and reporting realized savings
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Category Management focused on Indirect Spend
Hands-on experience using Coupa modules
Strong financial acumen and advanced analytical skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and suppliers
At least 3 years of experience specifically related to the skill set required for this role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in managing competitive sourcing events and negotiations in a corporate environment
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools related to procurement and sourcing
Knowledge of supplier risk management practices
Familiarity with broader procurement strategies beyond indirect spend categories
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and functions
