Your Responsibilities

Engage and establish relationships with visitors to identify their home‑buying needs, using the company's selling philosophy.

Self‑generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.

Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.

Maintain consistent follow‑through with customers from initial contact to post‑closing, keeping accurate communication records.

Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.

Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.

Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.

1‑2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.

Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements Regular, in‑person attendance at company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. This position involves office/phone work and walking in all weather conditions, on uneven surfaces, and within homesites in the community. A valid state driver’s license is required to take customers throughout the neighborhood and community, visit realtor offices, and attend meetings in the process of self‑generating sales. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboards and telephone equipment. The candidate must be able to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds.
