Occupational Safety Instructor - Part-time Adjunct Pool

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher with two years of professional experience; OR
Associate degree with six years of professional experience; OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience, supported by an equivalence application.
Demonstrated sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds of community college students.
Knowledge & Abilities
Ability to work effectively with colleagues and students in a diverse learning environment.
Ability to develop and deliver curriculum across modalities.
Ability to recruit and collaborate with local schools, colleges, and universities.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated subject matter currency, assessment of student learning outcomes, and proficiency with computers and new technologies.
Commitment to the California community college mission.
