Graphic Designer

Present Studios is an award-winning boutique design firm with an emphasis in real estate, hospitality, private club and lifestyle branding. We are looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer to join our creative team! Requirements: A current portfolio showcasing your best work A passion for design and a positive, can-do mindset Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop A talent for illustration or illustrative design and typography Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot between different design styles and clients A self-driven mindset—you take initiative, give attention to the smallest details, and thrive in a creative environment that is efficient but values depth over speed Comfortable collaborating within a team or working independently as needed Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Experience: 5+ years of professional design and illustration experience Degree in Graphic Design or related field Experience with luxury branding and/or event marketing is a strong plus What you can expect: Develop visually rich brand identities and communications for luxury real estate and hospitality clients Design across a wide range of print and digital formats including brochures, invitations, websites, calendars, email campaigns, and tactile, unconventional creative projects We work from a focused, quiet studio space designed to nurture deep creative thinking—paired with two work-from-home days per week (Tuesday & Friday) Skill development and growth are encouraged Central Phoenix office location with free parking, within walking distance of great lunch spots and coffee shops Break room stocked with snacks and coffee Paid vacation Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match
