About The Role We are seeking a Digital Media Manager with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic media campaigns. This role requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution, with a strong focus on performance, measurement, and continuous improvement. This role will also be an expert resource for our key clients, providing updates and recommendations for improving performance and delivering on client goals.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
Develop, launch, and manage cross‑channel campaigns across Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), and Programmatic (CTV, OLV, Display, Native, etc.)
Optimize campaigns daily to achieve KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and reach.
Implement A/B tests for ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
Strategy & Planning
Translate client/business objectives into actionable media strategies.
Forecast budgets, impressions, and performance outcomes.
Identify audience insights and recommend targeting strategies.
Reporting & Analytics
Build and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Conduct post‑campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and inform future planning.
Collaborate with analytics teams on attribution modeling and measurement frameworks.
Collaboration & Communication
Daily communication with clients via email and/or messenger tools.
Provide platform expertise and educate internal and client stakeholders on emerging media trends.
Stay current with industry developments and recommend innovative tactics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of hands‑on campaign management experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
Proven track record of managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and driving measurable business results that consistently meet or exceed client goals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to provide credible expertise and strategic recommendations to clients.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and at least one DSP.
Experience with AdForm, StackAdapt, Amazon, or Criteo DSPs is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Looker’s data visualization tool is a plus.
Knowledge of media attribution models and multi‑channel performance measurement.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with tag management, pixels, and event tracking (Google Tag Manager, Floodlight, etc.).
Familiarity with SEO, eCommerce, and CRM data integrations.
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification.
Cultural Competencies
Must be able to work primarily between the hours of 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM ET.
Must have a player/coach mentality, willing to both execute and lead.
Ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently and set and meet deadlines.
