What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Communicate with clients through monthly calls to review website performance and optimize organic strategy
Act as an SEO account manager, providing operational and technical expertise to clients
Serve as a key liaison for clients, addressing search engine‑related requests and conducting market research
Collaborate with internal teams to develop digital marketing strategies that support client goals
Analyze website performance data and present findings in client‑facing reports
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in a related field, or a combination of education and experience
Understanding of search algorithms and knowledge of SEO tactics
Strong customer service and client relationship skills
Basic knowledge of HTML and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience creating and executing SEO campaigns
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and general website concepts
Previous experience in client relationship management or account management
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
