As a Security Professional – Armed Government Patrol Supervisor in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as government. In this role you will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication to deter security‑related incidents and foster a secure environment at a government location.

Daytime – Mon 07:00 AM – 05:30 PM, Tue 07:00 AM – 05:30 PM, Wed 01:30 PM – 05:30 PM, Thu 11:30 AM – 05:30 PM, Fri 11:00 AM – 05:30 PM

What You'll Do
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the assigned government location and its perimeter, observing for unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access or incidents.
Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity and promote a secure environment.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
Report and document security‑related incidents, hazards, and/or suspicious occurrences according to established procedures.
Collaborate with on‑site staff and local law enforcement as required for incident response and resolution.
Remain alert and prepared to respond to emergencies and/or alarms as they arise, following all appropriate protocols.
Minimum Requirements
At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or adult corrections experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.
Minimum age of 21 years for armed roles.
At least 5 years of security‑related experience.
Possession of an armed guard card or license is preferred.
Comfortable with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Subject to background investigation and drug screening in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
Participation in industry‑specific security‑related training programs required.
Licensing requirements subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
