Join us as a Reverse Flow Account Executive/Broker I to engage with existing clients and prospects, ensuring appropriate coverage for their needs and recommending additional solutions where warranted.

What the Day Will Look Like

Handle incoming tasks for your assigned book of business.

Provide high‑quality customer interactions as you acclimate to and evolve your book of business.

Present additional products to existing customers.

Collaborate with external partners and your assigned Customer Success team member to coordinate and develop sales and retention strategies.

Engage with colleagues worldwide to manage Global Insurance programs and procure local coverage in the U.S. for foreign‑owned companies.

Match and exceed company revenue targets through renewals and new business.

Expand knowledge through daily training and professional development opportunities.

Enhance knowledge of risk innovation by learning new ideas and approaches from industry experts.

How This Opportunity Is Different

Basic computer literacy with the ability to communicate via email and phone.

Salesforce experience is helpful but not required.

Initiative to gather and use customer feedback to identify needs and opportunities.

Qualifications

Property and Casualty license.

3–5 years’ experience in commercial insurance with inside sales/account management knowledge.

Experience in multinational P&C broking is a plus.

Ability to advise, recommend, and explain P&C products to meet client insurance needs.

Strong communication skills.

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, and Salesforce a plus.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.

Compensation Salary: $75,000 – $105,000 annually (U.S. applicants). Eligible to participate in Aon’s annual incentive plan for discretionary bonuses. Bonus details are subject to the applicable incentive plan.
