Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled
Salesforce Developer
to join our team in San Francisco. In this role, you will work on-site with a Salesforce consulting partner to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with client business needs. The ideal candidate is hands‑on with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy
custom Salesforce solutions
using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Build and maintain
API integrations
(REST/SOAP) with third‑party systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to
gather and document requirements , translating them into technical solutions.
Leverage
Salesforce declarative tools
(Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, App Builder) to configure business processes.
Participate in
agile ceremonies
(sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) to deliver on project goals.
Conduct
code reviews, testing, and performance tuning
to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce‑related issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated with
Salesforce releases and best practices
to recommend improvements.
Requirements
3+ years of Salesforce development experience
with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and API integrations.
Hands‑on experience with
declarative development
(Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects).
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations including
Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud .
Strong understanding of
SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools .
Salesforce certifications (e.g.,
Platform Developer I, Administrator, App Builder ) strongly preferred.
Excellent
problem‑solving skills and communication abilities .
Ability to work
on‑site in San Francisco full‑time .
