Responsibilities: • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests • Plan and organize work schedules, file important documents, and communicate with stakeholders and hotel departments about sales-related information • Increase revenues by upselling and providing additional amenities and upgrades to customers to ensure they are entirely satisfied • Prospect a list of company and referral leads generated through research, networking, social media, special events • Prepare sales presentations and support materials for prospective customers, such as suitable event space, dining and catering services, hotel bookings, and access to relevant facilities Qualifications: • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred • This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role • Stays organized and manage time well • Proven track record of sales success Compensation: $19 - $20 hourly
