Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Outside Sales Representative – Construction MaterialsLocation: Las Vegas, NevadaPosition Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth within the construction materials industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the construction sector. This role is responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling a wide range of construction materials.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with contractors, builders, developers, and other key decision-makers. Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by providing excellent service and support. Present and promote products to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Conduct site visits, attend industry events, and build relationships within the construction community. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new products. Collaborate with internal teams (inside sales, operations, logistics) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Qualifications
2+ years of outside sales experience (preferably in construction materials, building products, or related industry). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Qualifications
Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry terminology. Existing relationships with contractors, builders, or developers. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation & Benefits
