Stripe is seeking a seasoned Executive Audience Acquisition Manager to join our Executive Marketing team. This person will be responsible for designing and executing the strategies that define how we attract, engage, and grow relationships with our most senior executive audiences. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, program orchestration, and audience development, with a mandate to deepen executive relationships, accelerate revenue growth, and drive long‑term retention. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a builderable to design frameworks, manage cross‑functional alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes across high‑visibility executive programs, including our annual Executive Summit and World Economic Forum (Davos) activations.
This role is suited for a highly strategic, operationally strong marketer who thrives in ambiguity, loves building frameworks that scale, and has a passion for creating experiences that matter for senior executives.
Responsibilities Executive journey orchestration
Define and manage the end-to-end executive user journey across multiple marketing touchpoints (events, content, digital, account engagement).
Map and optimize pathways that strengthen relationships with key executives, aligning with business priorities around revenue acceleration and retention.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Events, Comms) to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for executive audiences.
Develop playbooks, frameworks, and measurement systems to scale executive journey orchestration globally.
Audience acquisition strategy & execution
Own the strategy and execution of audience acquisition for flagship executive programs, including the annual Executive Summit, World Economic Forum in Davos, among other activations.
Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to attract, convert, and engage senior executives.
Partner with Sales and executive sponsors to ensure the right mix of prospects, customers, and partners participate in executive programs.
Leverage data-driven insights to refine acquisition strategies, improve conversion, and maximize ROI of executive engagement.
Requirements
810+ years of experience in executive marketing, audience development, demand generation, or related roles in B2B / enterprise contexts.
Proven track record of designing and managing high-impact executive engagement programs.
Strong expertise in audience acquisition, including segmentation, targeting, and campaign orchestration across digital and offline channels.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills; able to align cross-functional teams toward common goals.
Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to measure, report, and optimize acquisition and engagement strategies.
Excellent communicator with strong executive presence; comfortable influencing senior leaders internally and externally.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments and managing multiple high-stakes programs simultaneously.
