Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Officer at K & T Security Services is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services at client sites. This includes conducting site inspections, evaluating guard performance, maintaining compliance with company standards and client expectations, and working collaboratively with operations and field personnel to uphold the integrity and reputation of K & T Security Services.
Key Responsibilities
Site Inspections & Evaluations
Conduct regular unannounced and scheduled inspections of security posts to ensure compliance with company standards.
Verify that officers are in proper uniform, on post, and following post orders.
Evaluate site cleanliness, safety, and reporting procedures.
Personnel Oversight
Mentor and coach security officers on performance, professionalism, and client expectations.
Assist with onboarding and training of new officers.
Report deficiencies in staff behavior, performance, or training to the Operations Manager for corrective action.
Client Interaction & Feedback
Meet with clients regularly to discuss site performance and address concerns.
Document client feedback and communicate it to relevant departments.
Ensure client satisfaction by implementing improvements based on observations and feedback.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all security operations are conducted in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Maintain logs and reports of site visits, officer audits, and incident reviews.
Assist in incident investigations and prepare comprehensive follow-up documentation.
Quality Control Initiatives
Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and best practices.
Participate in planning meetings and make recommendations for service enhancements.
Track and analyze quality assurance trends to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in security or management .
Minimum of 24 years in security services with at least 1 year in a supervisory or quality assurance role.
Strong observational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and travel between multiple client sites as needed.
Proficiency in report writing, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Environment
Field-based role requiring regular travel to various client locations. Requires standing and walking for extended periods during site inspections. Must be available to respond to urgent quality concerns or after-hours incidents.
