What you’ll do
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in contract (unstructured documents) analytics solutions to drive innovation in our AI-powered solutions. You will influence the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Docusign’s AI-powered agreement repository, a key component of Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform. You will be an expert in customer problems, understand how agreements are related to each other and end‑to‑end user journeys around managing agreements, and create a roadmap aligned to both. You will expand Navigator use cases to drive adoption and add new value for the enterprise customer segment, while working closely with other Product Managers, UX, Engineering, and Product Marketing as you define requirements for new features and bring them to market. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Product Management.
Responsibilities
Build strategy and roadmap that drives end‑to‑end use cases that support the goals of Docusign Navigator and Intelligent Agreement Management.
Collect customer feedback and partner with Research team to identify and validate customer problems around managing agreements.
Define and effectively communicate product goals and requirements, and work cross‑functionally with Design and Engineering to implement solutions.
Analyze cost/benefit tradeoffs and facilitate discussions to reach partner consensus.
Define critical metrics, implement tracking mechanisms, and measure feature success post‑launch.
Partner closely with Marketing and Sales teams on go‑to‑market plans for a successful feature launch.
Present product strategy to teams and executive leaders to get feedback and agreement.
Influence effectively without authority in and outside the Product team.
Job Details Hybrid:
Employee divides their time between in‑office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in‑office expectation)
What you bring – Basic
8+ years of related work experience.
Experience with contract analytics and associated contract lifecycle management.
Experience with and thorough understanding of contract structures and methods for organizing them.
Experience directly engaging with and/or managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, from creation and negotiation to execution and analysis.
Experience working cross‑functionally with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support.
Preferred
Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with an ability to align strategy, customer need, research, data and industry trends.
Excellent written communication skills including authoring effective product requirement documents.
Excellent communicator able to convey complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences to create shared understanding, resolve conflict, and obtain actionable consensus.
Experience reviewing business and performance insights to make data‑driven decisions.
J.D. or equivalent legal degree.
Compensation Wage Transparency
California: $140,000.00 – $225,075.00 base salary.
Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $133,800.00 – $197,750.00 base salary.
This role is also eligible for the following:
Bonus: Non‑Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
