Assistant Food and Beverage Manager – Double Blacks & IRD

will assist in overseeing daily operations and service excellence within our Double Blacks, our elevated coffee shop experience, and the In-Room Dining outlet. This role ensures seamless guest experiences, operational efficiency, and team development across both outlets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. the Assistant Manager may also support other Food and Beverage venues as needed, based on business levels and operational priorities. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise the Double Blacks, IRD and Food and Beverage teams. • Support food and beverage initiatives • Collaborate with culinary and events teams to coordinate special activations and seasonal offerings • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and performance development of F&B colleagues Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader Must have current Alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required by local or state government agency.
