Babylon Micro-Farms is looking for a highly motivated, independent experienced National Accounts Sales Manager to drive growth across North America. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll be responsible for expanding our market presence nationwide by helping commercial dining operators—from higher ed to hospitality to corporate dining to healthcare—grow fresh, nutritious produce on-site. Position Overview As the National Accounts Sales Manager, your focus will be on business development with a focus on hunting for new business and managing key accounts for expansion opportunities. You’ll identify and develop opportunities in key markets like healthcare, hospitality, education, and wellness, helping to drive Babylon Micro-Farms’ growth across the U.S. and Canada.

Responsibilities

Drive new business growth across healthcare, hospitality, education, and corporate dining sectors.

Cultivate new leads through proactive outreach (email and phone) with CRM support.

Develop enterprise clients and long‑term partnerships.

Build strong relationships with clients and offer customized solutions to meet their specific needs.

Represent Babylon Micro-Farms at trade shows and conventions to promote our sustainable hydroponic farming solutions.

Provide feedback to improve sales and marketing efforts.

Help manage existing accounts, ensuring long‑term client satisfaction and growth.

Requirements

8+ years of proven sales success, preferably with companies including Compass Group, Aramark, and Sodexo.

Strong "hunter" mentality with a focus on business development and some account management.

Track record of expanding business into new markets.

Experience selling to all levels, including C‑suite executives.

Skilled in participating in trade shows and industry events.

Exceptional relationship‑building and communication skills.

Highly organized, with an appreciation for fostering long‑term customer relationships.

Masterful experience with CRMs like Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Seamless.ai, Nooks.ai, and Asana or similar project management platforms.

Passion for sustainability, healthy food, or growing plants.

Flexible: In‑person, hybrid, or remote depending on location.

Up to 50% travel required.
