Job Summary Were looking for a skilled
Apartment
Maintenance Technician
to join our team! Youll play a key role in supporting daily operations at our our multifamily and villa communities, ensuring all units, systems, and common areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
The ideal candidate is a reliable team player and a problem solver with prior maintenance experience. You'll perform routine repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance to keep our properties running smoothly and our satisfied.

Responsibilities
Complete work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
Prepare units for new , ensuring high-quality, timely turnovers
Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
Inspect properties regularly to identify issues and ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently
Provide courteous, professional communication with and staff
Maintain accurate service records using maintenance management software
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold property appearance standards
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
2+ years of maintenance experience (residential or multifamily maintenance )
Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and general maintenance
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation capable of safely transporting tools, ladders, and supplies
Available to participate in on call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance requests after-hours and weekends
Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
