Position ArentFox Schiff is seeking a Counsel to join its Real Estate Finance group in our New York or Washington, DC office.
Responsibilities and Scope
Work with both lender and borrower side representation in senior mortgage, construction, leverage, mezzanine, preferred debt and equity financing, and A‑Note and co‑lender transactions.
First chair transactions and run deals with the support of our talented team.
Draft and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Significant broad‑based commercial real‑estate finance experience.
Strong drafting and communication skills.
Highly motivated with the ability to work well with colleagues and clients.
Compensation The base salary range for this position is a minimum of $330,000 to a maximum of $400,000 per year. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive bonus system with opportunities for counsel to receive bonuses ranging from $10,000–$200,000+ based on hours, business generation and expansion, and to recognize outstanding performance and contributions.
