Senior RFIC Design Engineer
Chipright seeks a highly motivated and experienced RFIC Design Engineer to work on designing our customers' latest products.
Responsibilities
Design, layout, and test high‑frequency RF circuits such as PLLs, LNAs, PAs, VCOs, ADCs, BIAS circuits, charge pump, phase‑locked loop, and dividers.
Use DRC/LVS/Extraction tools and debug LVS for product readiness.
Design for CMOS / BiCMOS process nodes ranging from 0.18 µm to 28 nm.
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in custom analog & mixed‑signal IC design and layout.
Strong knowledge of high‑frequency RF circuit design.
Proficiency with DRC/LVS tools and extraction.
Experience with CMOS/ BiCMOS process nodes 0.18 µm to 28 nm.
Fluent in English.
EU work permit; willing to relocate to Greece.
Employment Full‑time position, immediate start. Salary: Very attractive rate. Location: Greece.
