We're currently seeking a bright and compassionate Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial management and providing expert insights to drive our success. You will: · Produce accurate financial and management reports that support data-driven decision-making for our management team. Provide insights into financial performance trends and deliver actionable feedback to optimize their financial strategies. · Reconcile balance sheet accounts and review income statement items to ensure accuracy. Proactively identify patterns and potential issues. · Oversee and streamline multiple billing, management, and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Leverage technology and best practices for optimal results. · Support and collaborate with Firm Administrators, Partners, and other key stakeholders to address financial needs and other responsibilities as needed. · Assist the Firm Administrator with payroll and other HR related tasks, as needed. Our ideal candidate will: · Enjoy learning and mastering new software tools. · Demonstrate strong attention to detail, particularly in payroll processing and balance sheet reconciliation. · Show a willingness to jump in and assist wherever needed. · Foster a positive and respectful work environment. · Has full-cycle accounting experience.
