Who is Nulixir? Nulixir is a nano‑biotechnology start‑up that develops, manufactures, and licenses intellectual property for smart nanocarriers, called nanovesicles, which optimize the performance of functional ingredients in food and beverage products. With 70+ patents, the company targets verticals such as nootropics, energy stimulants, vitamins, probiotics, and protein. Founded in 2019, Nulixir has grown rapidly, working with major CPG clients and boasting a board that includes leaders from Pepsi, Danone, McKinsey, and Paine Schwartz Partners. The team currently has 30+ employees from top food B2B companies such as ADM, Givaudan, Kerry, and former MBB consultants.

Position Overview Nulixir is seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to expand our high‑performing production team. In this role, you will partner with executive leadership to attract top production talent, craft compelling job postings, and develop innovative sourcing strategies. You will conduct interviews, manage the recruitment life‑cycle, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience, helping us recruit the best talent in the industry.

In this role, you will:

Identify, screen, and assess talent for Nulixir.

Manage a high volume of candidates and proactively progress them through the recruitment life‑cycle.

Coordinate and manage interview processes across positions.

Use search techniques to target passive talent through social media, job boards, and external networks across multiple talent markets.

Seek innovative and creative strategies to identify candidates.

Provide a high‑touch, top‑quality candidate experience.

Capture and report on findings and trends to Hiring Managers regarding candidate skills, talent pipelines, market demographics, fit, and compensation.

Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Identify and attend industry‑specific events with the recruitment team.

Assist with other HR/onboarding/recruitment related projects as needed.

Relevant Job Experiences, Skills, and Key Requirements

At least 2 years of recruiting experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Strong time‑management and prioritization skills; ability to handle multiple openings and candidates simultaneously.

Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with candidates.

Adaptability to changing hiring needs and priorities.

Attention to detail in managing candidate data, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technologies.

Effective communication of the company’s value proposition to attract top talent.

Creative problem‑solving in challenging hiring situations.

Team collaboration with hiring managers and HR teams.

Pay Range

$60,000 - $100,000
