What You’ll Do To Make a Difference
Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community
Effectively lease apartments and sell property’s products and services in accordance with budget
Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents
Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends
Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and major competition
Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice
Coordinate the resident application review in accordance with Bell guidelines
Complete lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other forms
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
Properly document all leasing activities
Follow up with residents throughout the lease term
Respond to resident inquiries, complaints, and issues with timely follow‑up
What You Bring To Our Team
Understanding of and alignment with Bell Core Values
High School diploma or GED
1+ years’ customer service experience (hospitality or apartment leasing preferred)
Demonstrated support of Bell’s strategic drivers
Exceptional customer service skills and a professional image
Team‑player with strong interpersonal abilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Good decision‑making skills and knowledge of business operations
Physical Requirements Of The Job
Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs.
Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials
Comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects
Compensation Range Hourly: $18.50 - $30.90 Incentive compensation opportunities are available and are performance based.
