Overview RHI Magnesita is on a transformative journey to become a truly process‑based organization. The role of Global Process Expert (GPE) supports Global Process Owners (GPOs) in defining, implementing, and continuously improving the end‑to‑end
Attract‑to‑Grow (AtG)
process, which includes key HR functions such as time management, payroll, and HR master data. The GPE collaborates closely with Shared Service Centers, regional teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements and drive process excellence on a global scale.
Responsibilities
Provide HR process expertise (payroll, time, master data) and support the GPO in building a global A2G process map and a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) library.
Document and maintain SOPs, process flows, roles, and controls to ensure alignment with global standards.
Drive adoption of new ways of working by replacing legacy processes, developing training materials, and supporting digital tool rollouts such as SAP SuccessFactors.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs through dashboards and reports, identify performance gaps, and recommend targeted improvements.
Conduct Fit Gap analyses, manage deviations, and collaborate with SSCs, regional teams, and transformation partners to implement feedback‑driven changes.
Pilot initiatives to resolve pain points, challenge the status quo, and propose simplifications or automation aligned with corporate priorities.
Qualifications
Proven success in Shared Services models, stakeholder management, and business transformation in HR processes, especially within the AtG domain.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Knowledge of process management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Familiarity with HCM systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
Business‑focused mindset with strengths in continuous improvement and project leadership.
Skilled at navigating complex, multicultural environments.
Languages: English – fluent.
