What you’ll do
Convert team‑provided and self‑generated leads into loyal clients
Run buyer consultations and listing presentations, craft pricing strategies and CMAs
Show homes, host open houses, and write clean, compliant contracts
Negotiate offers/inspections and manage timelines through closing
Coordinate with lenders, title, inspectors, appraisers, and cooperating agents
Keep your pipeline current in our CRM and follow proven follow‑up plans
Deliver a 5‑star client experience that drives reviews and referrals
What you’ll bring
Confident communicator and negotiator with strong follow‑up habits
Reliable transportation; willing to work some evenings/weekends
Coachable, accountable, and team‑oriented
