Job Description
The IT Administrator / Accounting & Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT systems, supporting financial processes, and overseeing technology procurement for the company. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented individual who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and user accounts (onboarding/offboarding, license management, system access). Provide IT support for desktops, servers, and networks across multiple property offices. Oversee mobile device management (setup, tracking, support, and service plans). Support accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations in coordination with accounting staff. Process and track vendor payments and ensure billing accuracy across properties. Handle procurement of IT equipment, office supplies, and property-related services. Maintain accurate records for IT assets, procurement, and vendor contracts. Collaborate with property management and accounting teams to streamline workflows.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–4 years of IT administration or technical support experience. Knowledge of AP/AR processes, invoicing, and reconciliations. Familiarity with property management or real estate operations is preferred. Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and accounting software (Yardi, QuickBooks, or similar). Strong communication, organizational, and vendor management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Additional Information On-site position (Woodland Hills Corporate Office) with future hybrid schedule possible
Pay: $75,000 - $80,000 per year
Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 am - 6 pm)
