Overview We are searching for an experienced Data Center Sales Manager to lead sales and business development efforts for our critical environments product line in the Northeast territory.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Lead sales and business development for Subzero Engineering’s Mission Critical Environments product line across the Midwest U.S. territory, including Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine, Maryland, and West Virginia.
Develop business in southeastern states through meetings with end‑users, design‑build contractors, architects, and local dealers/ installers.
Manage and support dealer/installer network and develop new dealers and representatives.
Forecast sales for the region using input from regional representatives, dealers, and construction databases.
Provide onsite technical or installation support and inspections.
Create scope of work and specifications to meet customer requirements.
Communicate with customers and design teams via email, proposals, and phone.
Requirements
Requires travel to support local dealers, educate architects and end users, visit job sites, and attend training/meetings at corporate offices (40/50%).
Proficient typing skills and Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Background with EPR systems; Infor is used.
Ability to learn Salesforce/CRM, Dodge, and CAD viewing programs.
Attend regional trade shows.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3 to 5 years of direct sales experience, preferably with data centers.
Travel: Must be willing to travel to support local dealers, educate architects and end users, visit job sites, and attend training/meetings at corporate offices.
Computer skills: Proficient in typing and using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Ability to learn and utilize Salesforce/CRM, Dodge, and CAD viewing programs.
Attend regional trade shows as required.
Residency: Must live within the designated territory.
