Document & Project Controller
to join their team in the
Midland/Odessa area . This person will play a key role in maintaining accurate project documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement documentation policies and procedures.
Maintain up‑to‑date technical records, reports, and drawings across all active projects.
Manage transmittals between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Track internal approvals for engineered equipment drawings to maintain project schedules.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, drafting, project management, and construction.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in document control or records management, ideally within energy, construction, or industrial projects.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
