Company and Compensation Renewal by Andersen , the leading name in premium window and door replacements, is expanding our Event and Retail Marketing Team and looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to help us generate high-quality leads at retail locations, tradeshows, and community events in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Base pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year (based on skills and experience)

Starting hourly rate: $22 per hour + performance-based weekly bonuses (top performers average $60,000+ annually)

What You’ll Be Doing

Engaging with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and high‑traffic community events

Starting conversations, building rapport, and uncovering customer needs through effective communication

Generating high‑quality leads and scheduling free in‑home consultations for our sales team

Educating potential customers on our industry‑leading window and door solutions

Using persuasion and influence to encourage homeowners to take the next step

What We’re Looking For

A natural salesperson – you love talking to people and have a knack for persuasion

Resilient & motivated – you handle rejection well and push forward to hit goals

Strong interpersonal & communication skills – you know how to engage, influence, and build relationships

Confidence in face‑to‑face marketing – comfortable approaching new people in various settings

Reliable transportation – personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required
