The Peer Recovery Coach I engages, inspires, and facilitates meaningful conversations with members served, helping them explore, create, and meet their recovery goals. They provide consultation to promote Telecare's Recovery Culture, which recognizes and respects each member's point of view and preferences, integrating them into services and self-help programs. They also respond to critical situations with high-level engagement and de-escalation skills to support a least restrictive environment during emergencies related to mental health or addiction challenges. Shifts Available:
Full Time 32 hrs/week | Day Shift 7:00 am - 3:30 pm; Friday - Monday Full Time 40 hrs/week | Swing Shift 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm; Tuesday - Saturday Full Time 40 hrs/week | Swing Shift 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm; Sunday - Thursday The expected starting wage range is $18.69 - $22.52. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges based on location. Starting pay depends on relevant experience above minimum requirements. What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
High School Diploma or GED Certified Peer Specialist and/or completed Peer Support Training One year or part-time equivalent experience supporting members with behavioral health challenges Experience as a beneficiary of the public Behavioral Health system of care Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance with your name as a driver Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups What's In It For You
