Job Summary We are seeking a positive, friendly Guest Relations Officer to provide high‑quality service to hotel customers. You will address customer complaints and go the extra mile to ensure our guests are satisfied. The Guest Relations Officer must possess excellent communication skills and remain positive when faced with challenging situations. As the main point of contact for our customers, you should always be reliable and customer‑oriented. Your primary goal is to ensure guests enjoy their stay and plan return visits to the hotel.

Responsibilities
Review arrival lists to be prepared to welcome guests as they arrive
Attend to special guests (e.g., VIPs) and answer their inquiries
Assist in preparing welcome folders, including relevant collateral such as room‑service menus and area descriptions
Provide guests with information about amenities, local attractions, and promotions for services
Anticipate guests' needs and build rapport with customers
Respond to guest concerns and resolve them appropriately, escalating to the Guest Relations Manager when necessary
Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer or concierge (preferred)
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Computer literacy
Ability to resolve issues with a customer‑focused orientation
Outgoing personality
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management (preferred)
Bilingual (preferred)
